Philippa Glanville

Philippa Glanville, FSA, former V&A Keeper of Metalwork, silver historian and lecturer,
is on the Livery of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths. A trustee of Bishopsland
Educational Trust, the independent postgraduate programme for silversmiths &
jewellers, she enjoys commissioning silver. She has recently become a Vice-President
of NADFAS. In June 2008 she chaired the Goldsmiths Hall conference on commissioning
church plate and contributed to Treasures of the English Church.
Philippa Glanville acts as an advisor to British Silver Week with particular reference
to prize giving and awards. |
