| Charlotte Tollyfield |
 |
 |
 |
| Charlotte Tollyfield gained a BA (Hons) in Designed Metalwork and
Jewellery at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College before going
on to complete the Postgraduate Training Course at Bishopsland in 2008.
Charlotte's work focuses on the process of forming, destroying and
re-creating three-dimensionally shaped vessels, allowing her to explore the
limits of the material she works with. The Ripple bon bon dishes shown, are
an exploration of how only reconstructing a small section of a spun form
through saw piercing and re-soldering can create a point of interest within
the piece. |
